LifeCoach: depression and diet tips

Q I have had severe depressive episodes in the past and am taking the antidepressant Citalopram (20 mg/day). I am mainly OK now, though, and work from home. The problem is I'm tired all the time. I sleep at least nine, sometimes 10, hours at night and get very tired around lunch time - sometimes I have to take a three-hour nap. It's really getting silly. I hardly even go out in the evening anymore. II was hoping you might have a suggestion.
