'I had to resign from my job as I'd begun to feel bullied and sidelined. How can I move on?'

I wondered if you could advise me how to move on. Eighteen months ago, during a stressful period at work, I was constantly criticised for the standard of my work and I made the decision to take time off. On my return I was told to retrain and was unfortunately sent to retrain under the person who had been so unkind and critical initially. It was a disaster. I felt bullied, and it ended in a row... I continued to be sidelined and now I have been invited to apply for my own job.
